Semi-Private Personal Training
Personal Training is a 60 minute results-driven exercise program designed specifically for you! Your personal trainer will motivate you and provide you with the direction necessary to reach your individual health and wellness goals.You will receive an individualized program and nutrition guidance. Personal training time-slots are very limited and often sell out. Please contact us for availability.
Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere in between is our small group workout, the new concept offered at Fit Neighborhood. Like our morning women's class, our small group workouts are BETTER THAN BOOT CAMP! Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This new concept is set-up in a circuit-style with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells. Kettlebell training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.
Fat Burning Strength - These classes are designed to increase your strength and muscle tone.
Fat Burning Lean Down - These classes are designed to increase your metabolism and cardiovascular endurance.
Both classes, along with a clean diet, will help you burn fat and transform your body.
Boot Camp is a four-week indoor/outdoor fitness program led by your certified boot camp instructors. It is an intense circuit training workout with weights. It is designed to boost your metabolism, increase strength and burn fat. You will get a complete full body workout that is guranteed to transform your body. You will be motivated and inspired and you will get a fantastic workout! Boot Camp is designed for someone who is looking to start a comprehensive health, fitness and nutrition program. There is no yelling or negative energy of any kind. We simply have high expectations and ask that you come ready to work and have fun!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
Regardless of your age or ability, we encourage you to participate. You will not be left behind or asked to complete more than you are capable of doing, safely. You will compete only against yourself, but will work with others for the very best results! Each day, as you become stronger, your workout will increase in intensity--under the watchful eye of an instructor. By the end of camp, you will be amazed at your accomplishments!
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Core conditioning, cardio training (including short distance running, jumping rope, etc), calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates, sport yoga, resistance training, obstacle courses, sports drills, games, and more…all designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
What do I need to bring?
You need to bring an exercise mat, a water bottle (to keep you hydrated), hand weights (5-15 lbs.), and a towel. Optional items in the winter: gloves and a hat. All items can be purchased at Target, Walmart or any sporting goods store.

Class Descriptions
Build & Burn – A circuit style conditioning class that is focused on building lean muscle and burning fat.
Hot Mamas - Bring your baby (in stroller) or toddler up to age 5 and get a great workout that will give you the energy to keep up with your little one! We will
provide balls and toys to keep the toddlers busy and also include them in some exercises. This is a 45 minute class. Class pricing includes 1 parent and up
to 2 children. Another parent or guardian requires another full class fee (2 children are included with a full class fee)

Family Sweat - Family support is essential to create a healthier lifestyle. Kids age 6-10 and parents workout separately, but at the same time creating a wonderful way for families to get fit together. Pricing includes 1 parent and 1 child. Each additional child is $3.
Kickboxing - You'll shape your upper body with actual in-th-ring combinations (i.e. jabs, hooks, uppercuts) as you work your legs with a series of kicks. Jump roping and abdominal work round out this class.
South Atlanta Running Club - Avid runner and personal trainer LaToya Smith leads a weekly running group for those interested in running with others or

Step Cardio Blast + Abs – An intense cardio blast that will burn major calories and create abs of steel!
Stretch, Tone & Breathe - With an emphasis on deep stretching, this class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, posture and strength. Stretch, Tone &
Breathe is perfect after a long week or a long run! Come renew your mind, body and spirit!
Weekend Warrior - Do you have what it takes to train like a warrior? Find out each Saturday as we challenge your mental and physical toughness.
All fitness levels welcome!
Zumba - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
