"Fit Neighborhood and South Atlanta Boot Camp has changed my life. No more diets for me. It is currently a lifestyle change. I have learned so much about nutrition and eating. Fit Neighbordhood has a very patient staff. I have never worked out before. I could only do four push ups on my knees when I first started. I have now done sixty-one consecutive push ups. I also started out using 8Ib weights and now I am up to 30IBS. I love Fit neighborhood.
