Class Descriptions

(Better Than) Boot Camp – A four-week indoor & outdoor fitness program led by your certified personal trainers. You will burn more calories, challenge more fitness components, and achieve FASTER RESULTS than with any other program out there...and you'll love doing it! Training sessions are designed to give you a personalized, results-driven workout. Our program boosts your metabolism, decreases body fat and increases strength. This membership is recommended if you do not have any major health or physical conditions that require 1 on 1 attention. Groups are a minimum of 3 and are offered 2, 3 or 4 days a week.

Group Training - Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere in between is our small group workout, the new concept offered at Fit Neighborhood. Like our morning women's class, our small group workouts are BETTER THAN BOOT CAMP! Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change. This new concept is set-up in a circuit-style with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells. Kettlebell training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.

Fat Burning Strength - These classes are designed to increase your strength and muscle tone.
Fat Burning Lean Down - These classes are designed to increase your metabolism, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance.
Both classes, along with a clean diet, will help you burn fat and transform your body.

FITNESS CLASSES

Fit Run - Avid runner and personal trainer LaToya Smith leads a weekly running group for those interested in running with others or
training for 5Ks, 10Ks, or marathons. Come network with other runners, have fun and get in great shape! You must be an intermediate to advanced exerciser to participate.

Stretch & Rejuvanate -Offers a therapeutic end to the week through stretching, foam rolling and yoga postures. Come rejuvenate your body after a long week!

Zumba - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
